Research of oscillating screw based on theoretical  mechanics and computer simulation

摘要: 本文首先基于理论力学的运动学、动力学方程,建立了相对完整的摆动螺丝物理模型,通过计算机模拟得到了与实际情况吻合的螺丝运动的数值解. 其次,在此基础上进一步研究模型相关参数对摆动螺丝振荡的影响及其规律. 研究发现对于同一螺丝,螺丝摆角曲线主要与初始摆动角度、根部摩擦系数、螺帽摩擦系数和斜面倾角有关,根部摩擦系数与螺帽摩擦系数影响较大. 然后,本文给出了螺丝振荡增大和不同模型参数下螺丝振荡的现象的解释以及与模拟实验结果符合的经验公式. 最后说明了模型的优缺点.

Abstract: First, based on kinematics and dynamics equations of theoretical mechanics, a relatively complete physical model of swing screw is established, and the numerical solution of screw motion is obtained by computer simulation. Second, on this basis, the influence and law of the model parameters on the oscillation of the swing screw are further studied. It is found that for the same screw, the screw swing angle curve is mainly related to the initial swing angle, the root friction coefficient, the nut friction coefficient and the slope angle. The root friction coefficient and the nut friction coefficient have a greater impact. Thirdly, explains are given for the phenomenon of screw oscillation increasing and screw oscillation under different model parameters. Empirical formula is put forward which is consistent with the simulated experimental results. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the model are explained.
